Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions listed below take effect from payment of deposit. On confirmation of your booking, we require a 30% deposit which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The final amount is payable 6 weeks from arrival date. The booking deposit must be received within 4 days in order to secure the booking. A damage deposit of £100 is payable with the final balance. This will be offset against any damage caused to the property, including unblocking of toilets/drains from non-disposable materials such as nappies and sanitary wear, make up wipes etc. Should the damage exceed the £100 deposit, quotations for repair/replacement will be obtained and submitted to the occupant for immediate payment. Please adhere to all notices displayed around the apartment, they are designed to benefit your stay and for others staying after you. The damage deposit is fully refundable subject to satisfactory inspection after departure. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Damage to carpets, paintwork or furniture caused by pets is subject to deduction from the damage deposit. We would suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover any amount paid should cancellation be necessary. The apartment is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Key collection information will be given upon receipt of final payment. Waters-Edge Swanage reserve the right to inspect the premises during any holiday let. We will give appropriate notice by telephone to arrange this. We will terminate any holiday let should there be evidence of ‘disturbance’ within the property, any illegal activity, extensive damage and vandalism to the property or public disorder offence involving the police.
